Detailed Description: Erico L-Shape Chemical ground electrode measures 3.1 m x 813 mm and offers a low impedance ground in locations of high soil resistivity and dry soil conditions. It provides a method to increase soil resistivity directly surrounding the electrode and can replace multiple conventional ground rods. It is great for giving an effective earth in poor soil conditions where space for electrodes is limited. It is perfect for use in various applications such as telecommunications, power generation and distribution, commercial and industrial, manufacturing, transportation (rail and aviation), lightning protection, recreational facilities and defense.

This copper electrode has natural electrolytic salts, which permeate into the surrounding soil to condition the soil and enhance its conductivity. Quick connection to ground electrode conductor using the factory provided pigtail. It has rugged, high quality metal construction for decades of reliable services. It has 2-1/8-Inch outside diameter copper pipe with 0.083-Inch wall. Optional factory-attached radial strips minimize impedance to high-frequency lightning energy and to control the direction of the dissipation.
