Crescent Electric Supply Appoints Scott J. Pollei to Board of Directors

Business leader brings strong managerial and financial skills to role

EAST DUBUQUE, IL, June 8, 2011 — Crescent Electric Supply Company has announced the appointment of Scott J. Pollei to its board of directors. Scott currently serves as Executive Vice President and COO of The Dolan Company, a leading provider of business information and professional services to legal, financial and real estate sectors in the United States.

“Scott’s managerial experience and leadership abilities in growing a business, coupled with a strong financial background make him well qualified to serve on our board,” noted Marty Burbridge, Crescent Electric Supply president and CEO.

Since taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2009, Scott has held P&L responsibility for each of Dolan’s business segments and oversaw significant growth in revenue and profits. He has also been responsible for identifying and acquiring new lines of business for the company and the organic expansion of existing business lines.

Pollei resides in St. Paul, Minnesota and serves on the board of directors and finance committee of Habitat for Humanity of Minnesota and Catholic Charities of Minneapolis & St. Paul.
