An electrical industry veteran, Whitaker most recently served as President, Electrical Sector — Americas at Eaton Corporation, a diversified power management company and a global technology leader in electrical, hydraulic, aerospace and truck and automotive components, systems and services.

His group successfully integrated eight substantial acquisitions in the past five years.
Jerry resides in Pittsburgh, PA and currently serves on the boards of the Carnegie Science Center, the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, Pittsburgh Middle East Institute and the Corporate Circles Board of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.
