It can be used for quick diagnostic checks in a wide variety of applications. It has built-in LED flashlight to illuminate dark areas. Portable infrared thermometer has bright laser pointer for temperature measurement. It shows the temperature readings in deg F/deg C and can measure a temperature range of -30 deg C to 500 deg C. It has one 1.5 Volts AA battery that gives about 20 hours of power supply. It is suitable for HVAC/R, fire safety/protection, industrial maintenance, automotive and quality control applications.
