Detailed Description: Federal Signal SelecTone® Audible signaling device delivers crisp, clear tones, digital voice messages in harsh environments amidst high ambient noise levels. It produces tone of 110 dB at 10 ft and has a voltage rating of 120 VAC/DC. The speaker cone and projector are made of lightweight spun aluminum. The die-cast aluminum housing holds internal circuitry, gain control and tone module. Gaskets included are resistant to dust, moisture and all surfaces are sealed with powder-coat paint for resistance against corrosion.

Speaker amplifier can be used individually or as part of a plant-wide emergency notification system. A connector kit can be installed into each speaker amplifier and wired to a central controller for plant-wide signaling. It finds applications in public address, process control signaling, start and dismissal, plant evacuation and emergency warning. It measures 7.900 Inch x 8.500 Inch x 12.400 Inch. Speaker amplifier is UL listed for indoor/outdoor use and has been designed, tested as well as approved for use in Type 3R applications.
