Detailed Description: Hubbell Electrical / Burndy Crimpit™ YPC-R-U Street lighting tap is designed to tap small lighting wires. It can accommodate run of 2 - 3/0 AWG, ACSR of 1 - 3/0 AWG, compressed ACSR of 1 - 3/0 AWG, copper stranded run of 1/0 - 3/0 AWG and aluminum tap size of 8 AWG. It has a size of 3/4-Inch length. It can be gripped in tool and slipped over line for easier installation. It is pre filled with penetrox compound and is strip sealed. It is ideal for combinations of copper, aluminum, ACSR, compressed and compact conductors with non-insulated insulation. Tap is RoHS compliant.
