Detailed Description: Ferraz Shawmut Finger-safe power distribution block in gray color comes fully installed and offers safety by isolating live parts. It features snap-on DIN rail mount for ease in mounting. Block measures 3.150 Inch x 2.840 Inch x 5.710 Inch. It has voltage rating of 600 Volts and current rating of 840 Amps. It comes with recessed termination screws/wire openings to provide IP20 grade protection and classified as finger-safe. It features compact modularity and permits users to build smaller or higher density panels.

Power distribution block is a flexible device that can be configured for single/multi-Pole in the most compact foot print. It has proper fuse short circuit current rating of 100 kilo-Amps. Versatile block has multiple wire ratings to accommodate multiple conductors in size 2 and 2/0 opening. Cap plugs offers safety on unused openings and comes with unique channel design. Integral DIN rail adaptors assists for quick/easy installation on 35 mm DIN rail.

Catalog Description FSPDBs introduce a new level of safety and ease for installing power distribution blocks. An IP20 level of finger safe protection is achieved using the FSPDBs and thus eliminates the need for special covers or custom Plexiglas sheets to protect your panels. FSPDBs (sizes 1 to 4) simply snap onto 35mm DIN rail to provide the quickest installation. And since they are modular, you can form any number of poles desired. If multi-pole panel mounting is desired, multiple-pole assembly pins are available. FSPDBs provide a safe, convenient way of splicing cables, splitting primary power into a variety of secondary circuits or providing a fixed junction tap-off point. 600 Volts 840 Amps AL size 5 series.
