Detailed Description: Lutron Maestro® 1-Pole Multi location fan/light control in mocha stone color is ideal to adjust both fan speed and light level as you enter the room. It includes wall-mounted fan/light control and fan-mounted canopy module. It measures 2.940 Inch x 4.690 Inch. 1-Amp 300-Watts Dimmer is compatible with 3-Way wiring for easy installation and works with virtually all existing wiring for fans controlled by a single switch. Fan control has 7 quiet fan speeds and can control up to four fans.

Dimmer has easy-to-operate tap switch that turns lights on/off to your favorite light level or tap twice for full on. It comes with rocker to adjust the light level for any activity and has LED display that glows softly in the dark for easy identification. Dimmer features delayed fade-to-off that allows time to exit a room before lights turn off. It requires voltage rating of 120 Volts at the frequency of 50 - 60 Hz. Dimmer is UL/cUL listed.
