It includes switch Box, duplex receptacle, communication port and cover. It has divider for power and communication/data in the same box. It is provided with 0.750 inch adjustable sleeve accommodates any finished floor. Assembly is UL 351B, UL File E310628 listed and NEMA WD1-1983 certified.
