Detailed Description: Leviton Industrial Series 4-in-1 surge protective straight blade receptacle accommodates up to 4 fed spec size straight or angled plugs. This extra heavy-duty receptacle has adapter plate required for 2-Gang and 4-11/16-Inch square wallbox installations. The terminal wiring screws fit inside a standard 1-Gang, 4-Inch octagon and 4-Inch square wallbox. It has easy-to-read voltage and amperage rating molded onto face and the termination anchor holes that help in easy conductor wiring. This receptacle has impact and chemical resistant nylon cover, polycarbonate body and base.

The straight blade receptacle has a voltage rating of 125 Volts and current rating of 15 Amps. It measures 4.500 Inch x 3.380 Inch x 1.150 Inch.
