Detailed Description: Leviton Type 2 4-Pole 5-Wire Surge panel has a voltage rating of 277/480Y Volts with 50/60 Hz frequency and current rating of 10 kilo-Amps. The 3-Phase panel features a NEMA 4X rated fiberglass enclosure and operates at -10 to 60 deg C with UL94 V-2 flammability rated to withstand harsh environmental conditions. It can be hardwire connected using a terminal block and accepts conductors up to 6 AWG.

Receptacle has a nominal discharge current of 10 kilo-Amps and maximum continuous operating voltage of 640 Volts for L-L, 320 Volts for L-N/L-G and 300 Volts for N-G. It provides seven-mode protection with a maximum surge current of 200 kilo-Amps and filters noise of -40 dB at 10 kHz - 10 MHz. It is ideal for commercial and applications. Surge protection device is UL/cULus listed.
