Detailed Description: Fluke 10 kilo-Volts Insulation tester kit is ideally designed for testing voltages up to 10 kilo-Volts, automatic calculation of dielectric absorption and polarization index. It provides selectable test voltages in 50 Volts steps from 250 - 1000 Volts and 100 Volts steps above 1000 Volts. It also measures capacitance, leakage current and resistance measurements up to 2 tera-Ohm. The voltage breakdown detection feature alerts the user that voltage is present and gives the voltage reading up to 600 Volts AC/DC for increased user safety. It includes 75 mm x 105 mm large digital/analog LCD display for easy viewing. It has ramp function for breakdown testing and guard system to eliminate the effect of surface leakage current on high-resistance measurements. It uses 12 Volts lead-acid rechargeable battery and has longer battery life to help user to perform over 750 tests between charges.

It has the capacity to store measurements up to 99 memory locations with each location assigned a unique, user defined, label for easy recall.Insulation tester kit measures test voltages at 250/500/1000/2500/5000/10000 VDC providing an accuracy of -0 %, +10 % at 1 milli-Amps load current. It measures insulation resistance greater than 200 kilo-Ohm at each test voltages. It calculates insulation resistance from 200 kilo-Ohm - 5/10/20/50/100/200 giga-Ohm at 250/500/1000/2500/5000/10000 VDC providing an accuracy of +/-5%. It also calculates insulation resistance from 5 - 50/10 - 100/20 - 200/50 - 500 giga-Ohm at 250/500/1000/2500 VDC and from 100/10 giga-Ohm - 1/2 tera-Ohm at 5000/10000 VDC providing an accuracy of +/-20%. It also measures insulation resistance less than 50/100/200/500 giga-Ohm at 250/500/1000/2500 VDC and less than 1/2 tera-Ohm at 5000/10000 VDC. It measures leakage current from 1 nano-Amps - 2 milli-Amps providing an accuracy of +/-5% + 2 nano-Amps and also measures capacitance from 0.01 uF - 15.00µF providing an accuracy of +/-15% rdg + 0.03µF.Insulation tester kit has timer range from 0 - 99 minutes. It offers live circuit warning from 30 - 660 Volts AC/DC at 50/60 Hz with an accuracy of +/-15% + 2 Volts.

It has bar graph range from 0 - 1 tear-Ohm, 2 milli-Amps maximum induced AC mains current rejection, 5 seconds/µF charging rate for capacitive load and 1.5 seconds/µF discharge rate for capacitive load.
