Detailed Description: 3M FP-301 Thin-wall heat shrink tubing in red color renders shrink-fit protection as well as strain relief of wires, terminals, solder joints and connections. It offers insulation for applications of 600 Volts. Tubing operates at a temperature range -55 to 135 degree Celsius. The 0.040-Inch thick tubing features flexible polyolefin construction that provides moisture-seal protection. It balances electrical, physical and chemical properties for various industrial as well as military applications. This tubing has shrink ratio of 2:1.

The 100-ft shrink tubing has a dielectric strength of 900 Volts/mil. This tubing is perfect for use with lightweight wire-harness covering, wire marking, fire-resistant covering, wire bundling as well as component packaging. It has volume resistivity of 10^15 Ohm-cm. Tubing features expandable diameter of up to 1-1/2 inches. It acts as a shrink-fit electrical insulation over cable splices and terminations.
