Detailed Description: Greenlee Long impact auger wood bit features patented cutting edge for quick and convenient drilling of clean holes, particularly in salt treated utility poles. It constructed of hardened alloy steel for better strength and durability. It measures 0.9375 Inch diameter x 30 Inch. It has a self-feeding threaded screw point that pulls the bit completely through the wood and no need to push the bit while drilling. It is provided with over center flute for emptying chips and straightened shaft for fewer vibrations to the hand and to help control the quality of the hole. It has cutting edge that can be re-sharpened multiple times and continues to self feed. It comes in 7/16" hex shank with easy to fit quick change groove for impact drivers.
