Detailed Description: Fluke Amprobe Industrial high-voltage insulation resistance tester is ideally designed for testing insulation of wires, cables, transformers, motors, surge arrestors and generators in noisy environments such as high voltage switchyards. It also boasts built-in noise rejection filters and shielded test leads to provide high EMI immunity. Tester measures 12 Inch x 5 Inch x 10 Inch and includes test lead, large jaw alligator clips, batteries, users manual, carrying case, software, RS-232 cable and USB cable. It has a memory of 128 kB. It measures insulation resistance from 0 Ohm - 9.99 giga-Ohm, capacitance from 0 nF - 50.0µF, external voltage from 0 - 600 Volts, polarization index from 0 - 100 PI, dielectric absorption ratio from 0.01 - 100 and dielectric discharge test from 0 - 100.
