Detailed Description: Eaton / Cutler Hammer CurrentWatch™ ECS Series Rectangular current sensor switch is perfect for providing status information on electrical equipment. It is great for new installations, where the conductors run through the housing, requiring no cutting. It is suitable to use in conveyors, lighting circuits, fans, pumps & heating elements, critical motors and ancillary equipment. This current sensor can sense continuous currents from 1 - 150 Amps and does not require any supply voltage, as the required power drawn from the monitored conductor.

Self-powered current switch minimizes installation and operating costs. Easily adjustable set point speeds start-up and increases application flexibility. This normally open current switch with 21.6 mm aperture, has current rating of 0.15 Amps at 240 VAC/VDC, response time of 120 milli-second and frequency rating of 6 - 100 Hz. It has adjustable set point of 1.75 - 150 Amps and features split-core housing. It has LED indicator, which provides quick visual indication of output contact status. Built-in mounting feet facilitate secure installation. Current switch is UL/cUL listed and CE certified.
