Detailed Description: Eaton / Cutler Hammer PowerXL™ DG1 Series 3-Phase Adjustable frequency general purpose drive has brake chopper on frame FR1. It features the dual overload ratings of 110% variable torque and 150% constant torque. It is provided with IP54 coated enclosure for protection. It measures 292.100 mm x 200.400 mm x 121.900 mm. Drive has integrated common mode reduction 5% DC link choke with input surge protection. It has internal EMC filters and real-time clock that supports calendaring or PLC functionality. Drive includes graphic LCD display with keypad for simple menu navigation and has on-screen diagnostics/troubleshooting.

Drive has LOCAL/REMOTE operation from keypad and two configurable soft keys. It features control logic that can be powered from an external auxiliary control panel with internal drive functions. Drive has 8DI, 1DO2AI, 2AO three relays standard I/O and Ethernet IP, modbus TCPRS-485, modbus RTUBACnet MS/TP communications. It comes with two expansion slots intended to support additional I/O or communication protocols and has quick disconnect terminals for I/O connections for faster easy installation.

Drive features active energy control that minimizes energy losses in motor, resulting in industry-leading energy efficiency for necessary applications.
