Detailed Description: Cooper Crouse-Hinds Conduit expansion joint is constructed from steel/phosphor bronze/copper-free aluminum for durability. It has conduit size of 3/4 Inch. It measures 2-1/8 Inch outer diameter x 11 Inch. It comes with internal ground connection. Expansion joint can be maintained without requiring external bonding jumper and clamps. It can couple two sections of conduit subject for longitudinal movement. Expansion joint offers cross structural joints. It is used to prevent conduit from buckling and ensuing circuit failures. Expansion joint is compatible with EMT conduit.

Expansion joint permits linear movement caused by thermal expansion and contraction in a long conduit runs. It can facilitate expansion in both indoor and outdoor environments. Expansion joint prevents damage to conduit supports such as in a building/on a bridge. Expansion joint has maximum movement of 4 inches. It includes optional redundant visible grounding strap. Expansion joint meets UL/CSA/NEMA standards.
