Detailed Description: Crouse-Hinds V2PC Series Photocell offers dependable, lighting control in Class I, Division 2 locations and is ideal for walkways/security lighting/any other outdoor lighting application. Photocell offers safety by turning on outdoor luminaires in critical passageways at night and is energy saving by operating luminaires only when necessary. It is designed for use with LMV/DMV/VMV/VMV high wattage and FMV Series Champ® lighting luminaires and for use on 35 - 400 Watts HID, incandescent or fluorescent lighting luminaires. It has current rating of 1.8 Amps and voltage rating of 208 - 240 Volts. It operates at frequency rating of 50/60 Hz.

Photocell is rated at 1.8 Amps, is field-installable and has a solid-state design for performance and dependability. It measures 2 Inch x 2 Inch x 1-3/4 Inch. Luminaires turn ON at 3 ft-cd/OFF at 8 ft-cd and features a built-in 10-second time delay to avoid nuisance tripping. It has an operating life of eight years and includes 6-Inch stranded 600 Volts color coded wire leads for making connections easily. Photocell is made of corrosion-resistant thermoplastic polyester. Photocell is UL listed and CSA certified.
