Detailed Description: Watt Stopper HS Series 1-Pole Card key switch in white color turns electrical circuits ON or OFF when a card key is inserted or removed from its slot and acts as a master switch for a single guest room circuit. Switch features a durable plastic housing and is rated at 120/277 Volts at 50/60 Hz. Rated for loads of 0 - 1800 Watts tungsten and ballast, 500 Watts compact fluorescent with 1/2 hp at 277 VAC for 0 - 1200 Watts ballast. It measures 2.630 Inch x 1.690 Inch x 1.880 Inch. It interfaces with third-party energy/lighting management control systems with a normally open/normally closed isolated relay and is a low-voltage unit. Room key activated master switch is designed for hotel guest room lighting and has 30-second egress time. It is energy saving and code compliant in hotels/motels and boarding houses and is easily visible in darkened rooms with a backlit card key slot. Switch is UL/cUL listed.
