Detailed Description: Hubbell Electrical / Burndy Hypress™ Remote operated hydraulic crimping tool in blue color is made of stainless steel for added durability. It features aluminum tap connector for convenience. It is ideal for 4/0 AWG ACSR/stranded - 300 kcmil solid aluminum cables and helps to minimize galvanic corrosion of conductors. It is designed to crimp any cable with a force of 12 tons. It measures 3.125 Inch x 23 Inch. It has 3-1/8 Inch wide crimp head rotates 180 deg for improved access to tight spaces. It includes molded rubber covering on head, body and handles for protection. Crimping tool is UL listed.
