Detailed Description: Broan Nu-Tone Ultra Green™ Bath ventilation fan/light/night light is a single speed ventilation fan that comes with 36 Watts fluorescent bulb and 4 Watts night bulb. Ventilation fan measures 10-1/2 Inch x 11-3/8 Inch x 7-5/8 Inch. It works on Ultra Smart™ DC motor technology that provides energy efficiency almost 10 times greater than Energy Star®.
