Detailed Description: Lithonia Lighting / Acuity Power Sentry® Nickel-cadmium low-profile emergency ballast backup features galvanized steel housing and works in conjunction with low-profile or standard size electronic ballasts to convert new or existing standard or high output T5 fluorescent fixtures into emergency lighting. It has a voltage rating of 120/277 Volts. The sealed, maintenance-free, high-temperature, nickel-cadmium battery ensures long life over wide temperature ranges. This ballast backup is suitable for T5 and T8 fluorescent lamps. The emergency ballast backup meets UL, NFPA, NEC and OSHA standards.
