Keyhole slots provided in the cover allow easy access to the inside without removing the screws

#10-32 tapped hole provision for optional ground lug kit

Protects against windblown dust, rain, sleet and external ice formation

Detailed Description: Cooper B-Line Type 3 Junction box with weatherproof screw cover is made of 16 gauge steel to offer enhanced durability. It features ANSI 61 gray polyester powder finish and phosphate undercoat for corrosion resistance. It features all continuous welded seams are finished smooth. It measures 12 Inch x 8 Inch x 12 Inch. Cover is attached with gasketed screws and has flanged sides that secure a fixed, ice-resistant gasket. Cover has keyhole slots allow easy access to the inside without removing the screws. Cover has external mounting feet to provide secure wall mounting. It is ideally designed for wiring boxes, junction and pull boxes to prevent electrical shock and protects against windblown dust, rain, sleet and external ice formation. Junction box is UL listed and CSA certified.
