Detailed Description: Appleton Mercmaster™ II Enclosed/gasketed lighting fixture with guard is made of high tensile copper-free aluminum, has epoxy powder coated finishing and prismatic glass globe type reflector. It comes with five hubs and four close-up plugs for convenience. It has positive sealing and hinge/bolt construction that insures 360 deg compression at all points on gasket. Fixture has 1-piece ballast housing for each component to provide even heat dissipation for a cooler operation and longer ballast life. It has standard non-PCB biodegradable capacitors installed in separate compartment and a heat barrier is used to isolate capacitor from ballast. It comes with porcelain socket that assures trouble-free operation and vented reflectors result in cooler/dirt-free operation with increased lumen output. It measures 9.500 Inch x 13.750 Inch. It has a power rating of 100 Watts, voltage rating of 120/208/240/277 Volts at 50/60 Hz. It can accommodate a 100-Watts high pressure sodium lamp. Fixture has 3/4-Inch hub/wall type mounting and mogul base socket. It is used in tunnels, walkways, bridges, storage facilities, processing plants, parking lots and other wet locations.
