Detailed Description: Appleton CG Series 1-Inch Liquid tight strain relief cord and cable connector in red color has 90 deg aluminum/steel construction for durability. It meets the requirements of rugged service on all types of equipment in all non-hazardous areas. It is color-coded and has a firm sealing grommet made of neoprene that safely grips cable jacket providing strain relief. Grommet protects internal wiring connections against external tension on cable/cord. It has malleable iron body and cap made of stainless steel.

Connector has steel or Teflon washer that reduces friction between grommet and connector cap providing equal pressure distribution, eliminating leakage resulting from grommet distortion. It has a hex tap head and can be used for sealing electrical connections against dust/dirt/oil/water in wet/dry locations.

Connector has a diameter of 1-3/4 inches and is 2-3/16-Inch long. It is compatible with a conductor of size 0.875 - 1 Inch. Connector meets UL listed and CSA certified.
