Detailed Description: Appleton Unilet® NEC 6x8x Series Type C Conduit body is made of zinc electro-plate/chromate/epoxy powder coated malleable iron for high-tensile strength and durability. Conduit body features exclusive built-in rollers that facilitate cable pulling and smooth/rounded integral bushing in each hub that protects conductor insulation. It measures 35.380 Inch x 5.630 Inch x 7.560 Inch. It has a hub size of 4 inches and cubic capacity of 1010 cubic inches. Conduit body features specially designed raised cast covers that provides additional wiring area. It has a larger body size that helps to pull large and heavy conductors. Conduit body includes accurately tapped, tapered threads for tight, rigid joints and ground continuity. It has a covers with captive stainless steel screws to speed installation and to avoid freezing of screws. Conduit body is completed with assembled cover and neoprene gasket for added convenience. It is ideal for use with threaded rigid metal conduit and IMC. Conduit body is UL listed, CSA certified and meets NEMA FB-1 standard.
