Detailed Description: Appleton Powertite® 4-Pole 3-Wire Polarized receptacle in pin and sleeve design is constructed from epoxy powder copper free aluminum for longer durability. Receptacle has a current rating of 30 Amps. It has a voltage rating of 600 VAC at 50 - 400 Hz and 250 VDC. It comes with a AEE mounting box. Receptacle accommodates building wire size of 10 - 6 AWG and extra flexible wire size of 10 - 8 AWG. It can be easily surface mounted with 1-Inch hub. It finds wide range of application in shipping docks, locations where a weatherproof enclosure is required, ports and other ship to shore applications.

Receptacle can be easily connected to a pressure wire terminal for user convenience. Receptacle is specially designed to supply power to portable or fixed electrical equipment like welders, pumps, compressors, cellular relay stations and similar apparatus. Receptacle operates at a temperature ranging from -40 to 107 deg C. Receptacle includes a brass with beryllium copper springs and weatherproof spring door for quick access. It measures 5 Inch x 3.950 Inch x 7.130 Inch. Receptacle is UL listed, CSA certified and meets NEMA standards.
